Growth Track
Growth Track is a four-step journey designed to help you discover and become all who God has called you to be.

Know God
In this first session, we will examine what it means to know and how our church aims to help people know God both as individuals and as a church community.
Find Freedom
This session will help you better understand the value and impact of building your life in community and give you practical tools to help you find your place in our church home.
Discover Purpose
In this session you will have the opportunity to learn more about yourself, your personality and the unique purpose God has for your life.
Make a Difference
In this final step, you’ll discover how you can make a difference in the lives of others by joining the Vida Team. We will also look at what it means to serve at New Life and what kind of culture we strive to maintain as a church.
NEXT STEPS
BAPTISMS
Water Baptism
The Bible says that we are made new when we take that next step in faith, through water baptism, as a statement that we have decided to follow Jesus!
Once you have completed all 4 Steps of Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to participate in our water baptism celebration!
Vida Team
Vida Team consists of all of our amazing volunteers here at New Life!
Our volunteers are what makes our church function every week and we want you to be a part of it!
Parking Team
Our Sunday experiences start the moment you drive in to our parking lot. Our Parking Team warmly welcomes and directs guests to a parking place, and keeps traffic flowing smoothly.
Production Team
This team includes all things technical involved with the media presentation on Sunday and other events. Our teams run computers and projections, cameras, service livestreams, sound systems, and lighting effects.
NLF Kids Team
NLF Kids includes our school-age students, pre-schoolers, and babies. Our goal is to create an environment where our children can learn about God and walk out their faith.
Guest Center & Welcome Team
Our Welcome Team is ready to greet you as soon as you arrive to our doors. Our Guest Center Team is ready to inform you and connect you to the many areas of our church!
Worship Team
Our Worship team helps create an atmosphere for the anointing of God to flow through a passionate, exhilarating, and intimate time of praise and worship. There must be evidence of a gift and a degree of musical skill to be part of the NLF Worship Team.
Food Fair Team
We have the opportunity to host a monthly Food Fair and our team helps make a difference for the families of our community.
Creative Team
Our Creative Team consists of our photographers and social media content creators. If you have an eye for visual creativity or are creative in any way, this team is for you!
Special Events Team
This team makes our church-wide and community special events happen. Whether it's setting up tables or preparing food, they are making a difference!
